Starting with an evacuation on Black Saturday and many a sleepless night to follow patrolling the property, owners Sean Lee and John Knoll are relieved to report that Mt Rael Retreat is safe and has remained unscathed from fires that burned so close to their borders.

Back to business and fully operational, management and staff look forward to welcoming you back to enjoy Mt Rael Retreat's stylish accommodation and Restaurant 3777. Although altered by scorched tree tops and blackened ground, the venue boasts amazing panoramic mountaintop views of the Yarra Valley.

Combined with delicious food and complimented by local wines and our friendly, professional staff you are sure to enjoy a visit to one of the lesser know secrets of the Valley.
